Black Smoke Antwerpen

After returning from the States, the idea kept smouldering beneath the surface. Devious plans were forged, and when the perfect location was found in the former distillery of De Koninck Brewery in Antwerp, the flames quickly spread. At breakneck speed, the BlackSmoke concept was brought to life, opened its doors, and delivered a legendary first year with a team of maniacs who gave it everything they had. Two years after their road trip, fiery friends Kasper and Jord look back not only on an unforgettable journey of discovery through the USA, but also on one hell of a ride in Antwerp.

Holy moly, they made it! No, they didn’t just make it—they nailed it! BlackSmoke Rotterdam’s kick-ass interior design was born from the creative minds of people you probably shouldn’t call before 10 AM. For a show-stopping interior that is also designed for maximum efficiency and smooth operations, these Flemish friends are the ones to call. We’d put our hands in the fire for them. Seriously.

Smokey Goodness

Burning brother and the always-smouldering second playground of Jord Althuizen and his Pitmasters crew. An exclusive party for 4,000 guests or a festival with 60,000 hungry visitors looking for something authentic? Better call the patron saint of BBQ catering: Smokey Goodness. Always ready to fire up a party and always surprisingly delicious.

Chateaubriand

Master butchers Johan van Uden and Dirk Huisman from Chateaubriand guarantee a premium BBQ experience at BlackSmoke Rotterdam with their Scottish and Irish grass-fed beef, extensive meat expertise, and unstoppable passion. As our trusted supplier, they provide the exceptional meat we fire up on the parrilla grill. These sausage wizards are also the masterminds behind our unique, one-of-a-kind BS Sausagefest. In short: nothing but the best.

Goose Island

Chicago’s finest brewery. This happy bird has flown across the Atlantic and has made quite the nest at BlackSmoke Rotterdam. You can always taste at least three of their brews on tap, plus a whole range of bottles and cans. Sometimes mainstream, but more often exclusive and only available at BlackSmoke. Catch him before he flies away again.

Duvel Moortgat

BlackSmoke Antwerp was born and raised on the grounds of De Koninck City Brewery and, well, you can’t hide where you come from. That’s why you’ll find Duvel on tap at our stepchild BlackSmoke Rotterdam, along with a selection of Belgium’s finest bottled beers from the Duvel Moortgat family.
